Why is this so? Well for a simple reason. During the above mentioned period of time, the temperature tend to be lower.

Compared to normal period of time during the day, or during a hot sunny afternoon, when you refuel in the morning or evening, the volume will be less affected by expansion and contraction, therefore we saving a substantial amount of money over time.

As in Singapore with traffic jams always being an issue, refuel 2/3 of your tank needs will help you and your car in many areas. If you fill up the fuel tank, it will ony increase the load on the engine, make it difficult for you to have an easy acceleration and also resulting in the vehicle to consume more fuel eventually. In addition, there are many gas stations in the city, so you don't need to worry about finding a gas station.
